Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership: Oversee software development and optimization.
2. Data Engineering: Maintain scalable data infrastructure for our 100+ funds.
3. Portfolio Management Support: Translate diverse stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.
4. Organizational Growth: Recruit and build a high-performing engineering team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of full-stack software engineering (with focus on backend and database design).
- 2+ years leading and directing engineering teams.
- Expertise in Python, SQL databases, and cloud platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; finance industry experience is a plus.
